Vice President, Strategic Communications

Like a great choirmaster, Hilary knows how to get people to stand up together and make every voice heard. She loves bringing everyone into the process and inspiring them to take pride in whatever they're doing.

Hilary has expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs and program management. She brings a strong background in public engagement and strategy development with both the private and public sectors. Over the last several years Hilary has worked with clients in a number of fields, including: healthcare, infrastructure, finance, environmental stewardship, transportation, major events and festivals, and technology. 


Hilary has a Master of Arts in Political Science, a post baccalaureate diploma in Communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. She has served on numerous non-profit community Boards and is a co-founder of the Turn Up Collective. Passionate about politics, especially youth participation, she loves engaging people to play a role in decisions that matter.
